The exhibition matches begin at 6:30 pm on Fridays, and are open to non-members.

Mindy Mettee, ARC’s general manager announced, “We run the summer pro’s exhibition series every Friday night at ARC (alternate between ARC South and ARC DT) from June 3 – July 29. We highlight all pros in the Asheville area, as well as collegiate players. This is a fun evening event for all ages that want to come out and support our tennis community.” For July 1, this Friday, ARC is keeping it All in the Family: Michael Pritchard and his son Paxton (age 12) play a doubles match against brothers Lawson and Jeff Duncan, at ARC South.

For July 8, UNCA players Hannah Francisco (granddaughter of long-time tennis player Dick Stennett) and Hunter Hall will be taking on two female teaching pros from WNC (TBD). Hunter is from Brevard and Hannah is from the Atlanta area.

The exhibitions are open to non-members. There is a $5 charge for non-members for the food. We sell the drinks to everyone. Alcohol (beer/wine) may be purchased at the club, but may not be brought onto the property.

Week 1: Bunnie Allare & Alex Appelt VS Rachel Hogan & Jeff Duncan

Week 2: Laneal Vaughn & David Williams VS Tom Hand & Shirish Deshpande
